Unilever Trade Quality Specialist Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all in trade quality conformance
  • Coordinate and actively manage consumer and customer complaints
  • Co-ordinate the recall of products from trade in liaison with Distribution and sales for business continuity.
  • Co-ordinate regular trade/ consumer quality perception surveys of with sales and manage any issues arising to improve the company Quality perception.
  • Support reduction/elimination of faking and adulteration activities by collaborating with
  • Consultants, Law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

    Qualifications

  • University degree in Science field
  • 3 years’ experience in Quality function in a manufacturing environment
  • Lead Auditor Training in ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Management of consumers and customers
  • Proven & recognized achievements in one or more areas of Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Change management.
