Duties and Responsibilities

The intern will support the preparation of HR reports, presentations, briefing notes based on analysis of relevant workforce data.

He/she will interpret workforce data and statistics and makes suggestions based on HR analytics.

The intern will support the pulse surveys conducted in the region as well as the analysis and presentation of results;

She/he will support the gender parity, diversity, and inclusiveness efforts in the RSCA.

The intern will support recruitment processes in the region;

He/she will review corporate HR initiatives with a view to provide inputs from a different perspective.

The intern will regularly monitor PMD status and provide updates;

She/he will follow up on individual cases.

Required Skills and Experience

Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);

Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent);

Have graduated with a university degree (as defined in (a) and (b) above) and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation.

Prior working experience (professional or not) in any field is desirable.

Fluency in English is a requirement;

Fluency in French or Spanish is desirable.
