Undergraduate Scholarships

I am continuing Electrical Engineering undergraduate student. I have great interest to study health related fields especially Medicine and Political Science from art fields.

How can I secure a scholarship to enable me do an undergraduate study in Medicine or Political science in a good university abroad? Can I get a scholarship for undergraduate degree? please tell me if it is possible.
