Undergraduate Scholarships & Grants for Students

I have my sister who did her exam in 2005 and got a B-, but has not gone to any college because of luck of funds.

Is there any link to connect her to any organization to get a grant to further her education?

She had anticipated to be a nurse and even she had been granted a position at Mt. Kenya University but no funds.
