Undergraduate scholarships for Community Building and Design Management course

Please how can my son attending the University of The Gambia get a scholarship for the Community Building and Design Management course. He is in his first year and my husband who is retired and myself (on my way to retirement) cannot sustain the fees and the other expenses- books, materials etc. We need help.
