I have a diploma in IT from a university in Sudan and want to apply for an international scholarship in master of Management of IT.

If I am eligible, how can I apply?

According to the education protocol one has to get an undergraduate degree then advance to masters study.

The best thing you could do is find an undergraduate scholarship then advance to your master degree once you are done.
