Undergraduate Refugee Scholarships

I want to make an inquiry on how I can get a scholarship for an orphaned Sudanese refugee boy of 20 whom I met in a a camp while doing volunteer work in Uganda. He has completed high school. He has been admitted to study Community Development Studies in University of Juba in Sudan. I kindly request to be advised accordingly on what to do.
