The World Food Programme Somalia activities include relief assistance, safety-net support including school feeding, nutrition programmes and livelihood support through provision of in-kind and cash-based transfers and capacity strengthening.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the technical supervision of Procurement Officer and overall supervision of Head of Procurement, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties;
Analyze Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) retailer data and activities for all contracted retailers, amendments, suspensions, and terminations and produce weekly reports;
Maintain and monitor procurement dashboard /Tableau for CBT and prepare weekly reports;
Handle Retailer Data to ensure validity period of retailer documents such as Tax certificates, business License, National identification copies are valid;
Assist with uploading of all received Retailer Applications into the Customer Relations Manager (CRM) database to enable monitor the progress of the contracting process;
Assist with creation of Retailer details in WFP System (SCOPE) and CRM and ensure there is a consistency of banking details in both tools for
old and new agreements as well as amendments;
Assist the goods and services team in the procurement process for Goods and Services;
Assist in data management for both CBT and G&S on SharePoint and CRM data repositories to ensure accurate information recorded;
Perform any other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualification
Education
Completion of secondary school education. Post-secondary certificate in Information management systems is required.
Experience
At least four years of progressively responsible experience in statistical data management and reporting. Having experience in managing E-Commerce and B2B project is desirable.
Language
Fluency in both oral and written communication in English is a requirement.
Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of statistical data analysis, production of reports and business dashboards, knowledge of E-commerce tools and B2B systems; basic knowledge in procurement processes.
Proficient in Excel and having other data management tools i.e SPSS or similar tools will be an added value, posses good writing skills.
