UN SACCO Expression of Interest - Supply of the MIS Solution - Jobs in Kenya

Introduction:

The United Nations Co-operative Savings and Credit Society (UN SACCO) intends to implement an integrated SACCO Managem Information System (MIS).

In this regard UN SACCO invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (E0I) to particip in the upcoming competitive tender exercise for the Supply.

Design. Installation, Customization. Testing and Commissioning of the MIS solution at the UN SACCO.

The system is expected to be fully compliant with SASRA reporting requirements and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Scope The proposed system should incorporate Front and Back Office processes covering but not limited to the following current processes:

Finance and Accounting

Credit Operations

Front Office Operations (FOSA)

Fixed Assets Management

Human Resource management

Payroll management

Inventory/ Stores Management

Sales and Marketing New Required Additional Modules

Business Intelligence

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The MIS solution should integrate with the existing systems: (i) Mobile Banking (ii) Co-op Bank ATM (iii) Documents Management System (iv) Member Card System amongst others

Procurement module

Administration Module

System Audit Trails

System security and Administration

Mobile Banking

Co-op ATM Banking

Web portal/online member service

This E01 is limited to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Product Vendors of MIS Solutions, that are authorized by the OEM/ Product Vendors to make customizations to the MIS application.

Intellectual Property Rights for all major modules / products developed specifically for UN SACCO with MIS will rest solely with the Society.

This is a mandatory requirement and will form a part of the final contract between the vendor and UN SACCO

Eligibility Criteria The expression of interest must be accompanied by the firms' qualifications, professional capabilities and details of experience. Such information may include description of similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills among staff with their most recent profiles showing their experience.

Qualifications and Capabilities.

Interested firms should provide specific information as indicated below:

Name of firm that will participate in the

tender, name(s) and position(s) of authorized representatives.

Company profile together with Certificate of Registration /Incorporation

Firms that bid jointly should submit consortium agreements between the parties, with the roles of each party clearly defined. (Not more than one consortium agreement of the some firms will be accepted.)

Description of management/ organization structure, list of key staff relevant to the assignment and their Curriculum Vitae.

Evidence of experience in the relevant filed and attach at least three (3) references of similar work done in the last five years.

The Expression of Interest document shall be downloaded from our website. Duly completed pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - INTEGRATED SACCO MENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) Should be addressed to:

And deposited in the Tender box located at 2nd Floor, Gigiri Square along United Nations Avenue on or before 29th January 2019 at 12.00 Noon Expressions of interest may also be submitted by e-mail through procurement@unsacco.org.

Pre-qualification documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the UNSACCO boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Only firms pre-qualified under this procedure will be invited to submit their Technical and financial proposals under the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the ensuing tender.
