Org. Setting and ReportingThis position is located in the Accommodation Management Unit of United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), Juba.
The incumbent will report to the Chief Accommodation Management Unit through the Facilities Management Officer.
Responsibilities
•Co-ordinate with the Zone Manager for preparation of transit and permanent accommodations on a daily basis;
•Perform FSS check-in processes of Staff Members, UNVs & IUPs arriving in the mission;
•Forward certificates of accommodation of international staff (CIV, UNV, TRIGYN & IIC) to their respective recipients for rental deduction purposes;
•Ensure that permanent check-in/out forms of Uniformed personnel (IUP’s and UN Agents paying cash) are all scanned and up load to COSMOS on daily basis;
•Perform FSS check-in processes of Staff Members transiting in Juba;
•Respond to complaints concerning deductions and over deducted;
•Filing and Archiving active forms and non-active forms according to their files;
•Daily accommodation booking track;
•Compilation of Acc Monthly occupancy Reports (MOR)for Tomping, Juba.
•Perform FSS check-in processes of Staff Members transiting in Juba;
•Provide non-accommodation certificates if the accommodation was not provided
•Perform check-out processes of Staff Members leaving the mission – printing and scanning accommodation certificates.
•Perform other duties as required.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in facilities management, camp management, accommodation management or related field is required.
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the position(s) advertised, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
