Main Purpose of the Job

To support implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for the Organization

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework.

Support training of staff in monitoring and evaluation.

Prepare periodic monitoring and evaluation reports.

Participate in the development of strategic, general management and operational plans.

Prepare organizational quarterly and annual performance reports

Design and implement monitoring and evaluation tools.

Undertake monitoring and evaluation data collection and analysis.

Develop and implement annual and quarterly work plans and prepare timely unit performance reports

Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Person Specifications

Qualifications:

Should possess an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics and Social Sciences (with economics) or Project Planning and Management from a recognized institution with a post graduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation.

Experience:

Should have at least three (3) years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in a reputable organisation.

Excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Concern for quality and standards

Time Management skills

Ability to multitask
