Main Purpose of the Job
To ensure and provide exceptional customer experience and offer timely information to visitors to the Organization
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effective and timely handling of customer inquiries, complaints in line with the laid down procedures.
Effective communications with the PAs with respect to bookings, customer services, requests and complaints.
Maintain and build a strong working relationship with Tour Operators and other stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled and mutual objectives are met.
Effectively attend to customer needs on the telephone and email.
Reserve clients’ booking for UWA products and services and collect revenue through the established systems.
Implement the Gorilla and Chimpanzee booking guidelines.
Implement the UWA customer care guidelines and procedures.
Implement quarterly work plans and prepare timely performance reports for the Reservations Unit. Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Person Specifications
Qualifications:
Should possess an Honors Bachelors Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Commerce or any other business related field from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience:
Should have at least two (2) years of experience in sales and/or marketing in a reputable organization.

Time management
Leadership and Team Work
Accountability
Communication
Ethics and Integrity.
Ability to multitask.
