Job Purpose

To carry out monitoring and evaluation of URSB operations, programmes and activities

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Maintains the M&E system and tracks of indicators.

Retrieves and analyses data from the management information systems and writes reports for management use in decision making

Supports the process of defining, developing and revising the Monitoring and

Evaluation (M&E) systems as it applies to URSB.

Builds capacity of team and Implementing Partners on M&E tools, analysis, data
management and reporting in the URSB managementsystems.

Supports the IT department with technical assistance when called upon.

Monitors and evaluates projects and writes reports to Unit heads.

Supports management i n writing performance reports to the development partners.

Advises on manual data management like file naming, data to be filled and open up files
for all Implementing Partners.

Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Senior

Planner (M&E)

Person Specifications

An Honours Degree in: Statistics or Economics or Development Studies or a related
field from a recognized institution

Analytical skills

Ability to work independently.
