Job Details

  • Duty Station: Kolping Hotels Reports to: Hotel Manager

  • Age Limit: 25-35 years

  • Remuneration: Attractive and Competitive

    Qualification and Person Specification

  • A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Three years working experience a reputable Institution.

  • Ability to Coach and motivate others.

  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Head, direct and supervise the efficient operation of the different services of the F & B department.

  • Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business

  • Co-ordinate the design of menus, pricing and continuously make necessary improvements for customer satisfaction

  • Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns

  • Manage and account for the inventory, food and beverage service equipment
