Main Purpose of the Job:

To Provide Top quality Service and support for the delight of all

Key Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and List all Hotels and Accommodation properties in the country

• Properly categorize the listed Hotel for fees and payments

• Liaise with UTB and any other organisation for verification and/or Auditing for licensing purposes

• Receive and expeditiously handle member complaints related to URA, Local & Central Government and some MDAs

• Maintain a membership ledger and ensure full payment of annual member-ship fees

• Organise and support Regional Directors on membership mobilization and trainings.

• Ensure UHOA Website is continuously updated with the latest news, activities and events. Wher possible link up member websites to UHOA

• Manage all social media handles for the benefit of the members

• Organise and carry out a customer satisfaction survey among members

• Support ED & Board in organising an AGM

• Organise Fundraising events.
