Uganda Christian University Human Resource Officer – Main Campus Jobs in Uganda

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

Five (5) years working experience in HR practice, two (2) of which should have been at Officer level in a reputable Organisation.

Professional certification in HR and membership to HRMAU is desirable and will be an added advantage

Knowledge and expertise of executing HR functions is desirable

An in-depth understanding of labour laws of Uganda and disciplinary procedures.

Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.

Should be highly organized with a high level of meticulous attention to detail as enormous information is within their jurisdiction.

Should have a high level of Confidentiality as sensitive information is within their jurisdiction.
