Requirement for appointmentBachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: Records Management, Information
Science, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Served in the in a comparable position for a minimum period of three (3) years;
Registered with the relevant professional body.
Proficiency in computer application skills; and
Demonstrate professional competence and management capabilities as reflected in work
performance and results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interpret and implement CPSB record management policies.
Develop records management systems.
Ensure file movement records are updated and maintained.
Oversee security of files and documents.
Ensure receipt and proper dispatch of mails.
Prepare appraisal and disposal schedules of files and documents in liaison with relevant
departments and sections.
Prepare and submit plans and budget estimates for the registry.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
