Duties & Responsibilities

Tracking of all monthly PO’s and quotes received.

Loading of quotations on-line.

Following up on open quotations/ PO’s/ Work orders.

Weekly compilation of outstanding Quotations/ PO’s/ Work orders.

Maintaining customer relations.

Checking monthly statements with all customers.

Ensure all invoices are loaded on-line.

Month end reporting including top/bottom performers, detailed month to date performance per contract.

Maintain monthly filling and source documents.

Ensure all steps are followed and completed (ONKEY/ PRAGMA).

Debtors management – daily/ weekly/ monthly.

Duties would also include Operational and financial tasks when time permits

Good communication skills.

Organisational and administrative skills, honesty and integrity.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Computer skills – especially Microsoft Excel.

Data capturing (accurate).

Strong admin skills.

Qualifications

Matric/Grade12

Tertiary qualification an advantage.

OnKey experience an advantage.

Pragma experience an advantage
