About Us We are currently looking for a well seasoned Ops administrator in Midrand, to give Operational support to the Specialised Services Manager. To provide professional and cost effective administrative and confidential secretarial support to the Security Department and its operations.

Duties & Responsibilities Administration• Daily handling of faxes / emails / typing of routine letters and Memorandums
• Petty cash and handling there off
• Invoicing and follow up there off
• Generating of order numbers and liaise with our service provider / payments / services rendered
• Distribution of emails / faxes
• Schedule meetings, reminders, distribution of minutes prior to meetings and photo copies
• Maintain confidentiality by ensuring that sensitive documents are controlled and kept safely
• General filing as required in the edition of daily duties
• Control and maintenance over clocking devices
• Requisition of stationary
• Control / maintenance over manager / staff
laptops, 3G’s and cell phones
• Dispose, destroying of all obsolete documentation
• Control over security’s pay slips (confidential)
• Signature / email account requests.
• Distributing of new time shees to Security Managers on a monthly basis
• Controlling and maintenance of duty list and updating there off on a monthly basis
• Nashua printer, maintenance and control of toner
• Adhere to the Thorburn Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures as applicable to this position
