Job Description

  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets

  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

  • Monitor production to resolve issues

  • Monitor production standard and quality of products

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.).

    Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 1-5 years experience

  • Proven experience as a manager / supervisor

  • Deep knowledge of production management

  • Must have keen eye for details.
