Job Summary

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant to the CEO provides executive, administrative, creative and development support to the CEO and the Management Team.

    Basic Job Description

  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties

  • Communicate with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf

  • Assists in creating content, and reviewing marketing plans and strategies.

  • Drafts reports, letters, and proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with prospects.

  • Work with operations to provide quality service to clients and partners

    Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

  • Proven work experience in managing senior-level executives (preferably in the FMCG/ Retail industry)

  • 2+ years’ experience as an EA with proven project management skill

  • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities.

  • Technology savvy , Excellent communication & organizational skills

  • Must know how to use social media and recognize trends

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
