Job Description:

The Training officer is mainly responsible for
Gathering information about the factory and marketing staffs training needs based on the job description and performance result.

Identifying the gaps observed in employees capacity to implement their duties effectively.
follow up employees activity during their probation period, and support them.

preparing different manuals for each training session whenever it is important.

Contacting with out side training institutions and facilitate training's given in and out side the company.

Job Requirements:

BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Educational planning and management or other related fields.

At least 2 years experience in the same field, especially experience in factories is more preferable.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent computer skills, Excell, word, power point.
