Trans Youth Initiative Uganda Programmes Manager Jobs

Key Roles and Responsibilities

To assess, design, implement, monitor, evaluate and report on programmes.

To participate in the implementation of the projects under the different programs.

To prepare & organize project activity, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual reports.

Carry out various management and oversight assignment including travel within the country and perform any other related duties.

Identifying, supporting and promoting initiative approaches to meeting challenges in the program area.

Assist in development of funding proposals to ensure sustainability of the organization.

Approval of activity budgets as may be prepared by the project officers.

Reporting all developments pertaining his/her respective program to the Executive Director.

Conduct and compile annual volunteer satisfaction survey.

Recruit, place, retain and support volunteers.

Coordinate the results based management planning and reporting process.

Carry out any other duties as may be assigned to her by the Executive Director.

Qualifications ,Skills and Experience

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Public Health or related field

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field or graduate training in project planning and training will be an added advantage.

At least three years’ experience in a leadership position in a national or local organization.
