Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Head of Human Resource Uganda – shall ensure seamless management of the training academy thus ensuring optimal direct staff establishment.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment of direct staff
Implement approved training programs through effective and purposeful training methods.
Effectively manage the training school resources.
Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Effectively communicate with team members and management.
Keep abreast of emrging training trends and industry best practices.
Special Demands: Premised on the industry, the bearer of this position may be called to work over the weekends and at odd hours.
Person’s Specifications
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs in character development.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail and high level of effiency and accountability.
Police or military service and a Bachelors degree in Human resource or any other business related field would be an added advantage.
