  • Our client, Total Solutions Ltd a technology company that deals with helping enterprises run
    businesses by providing end-to-end technology products and solutions is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position based in Nairobi: Direct Sales Representative

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales, the incumbent will be responsible for generating sales, prospecting sales leads, maintaining good customer relations, managing debt collection and generating related reports.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new business through various sales prospecting methods.

  • Planning, preparing and presenting persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients.

  • Generating sales and meeting weekly, monthly, or yearly targets.

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.

  • Building and maintaining strong and healthy relations with customers through regularly keeping in touch with them.

  • Managing debt Collection.

  • Conducting marketing and online surveys to identify emerging marketing shifts and
    competitions.

  • Generating weekly sales report.

    Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing or any related field

  • At least one (1) year’s sales experience

  • Basic IT skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of marketing and negotiating
    techniques

  • Good understanding of sales cycles and sales techniques

  • Attention to detail – achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task

  • Customer focus – recognize both internal and external customers’ needs and balance available resources and skills to strive to exceed them.

  • Problem solving skills – able to break down problems into their essential elements, stay
    focused on the issue, formulate and assess alternatives
