Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all initial completion operations of Tilenga Project (unique Factory drilling context with 430 wells drilled in 4.5 years on 31 different locations, 1 well delivered every 4 days with 3 drilling in a very sensitive environment) to deliver all wells safely, in time, in budget and as per expected productivity/injectivity).

In charge of preparation and implementation of well maintenance (Inc. ~ 50 WO per year to replace ESP and ~50 rig less operations per year) and well integrity, so wells are delivering safely and sustainably ~200 000 bpd.

Accountable for preparation and follow-up of completion, work over and rig less contracts for an estimated value of 220 M$ CAPEX (55 M$/year) and 50 M$/year OPEX.

Lead a multidisciplinary team for completion, rig less and well integrity activity composed of 18 positions shared between town and site.

Ensure operational safety leadership with regards to HSE related to well completion and maintenance activity.

Ensure coordination of all relevant Contractor’s on all rig sites and company base (around 100 PAX).

Candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Petroleum Industry MSc (or equivalent professional experience)

A minimum of 10 years of international experience, both in drilling and completion engineering, and 5 years previous experience in an operational position

Demonstrated management skills with contract management experience

Multidisciplinary engineering competencies in drilling, completion and well interventions.

Master in problem analysis, decision making, teamwork and leadership. Good human relation and communication skill, with right level of diplomacy to liaise with authorities.
