We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities

School Fees Function:

Prepare School Bills for All Students

Update Students’ Records

Prepare Billing Summary

Receive bank tellers and raise receipt via the cash receipt journal

Update cash receipt journal

Prepare a report of fees and extract the outstanding fees

Prepare termly school fees reconciliation

Students’ Population Statistics:

Prepares weekly report of students’ population

Update students’ class list

Treasury Function:

Petty cash reimbursement function.

Bank imprest reimbursement function

Bank reconciliation function

Prepare of cash flow statement.

Maintenance of School Bank Account and supporting ledgers

Others:

Involved in the school day-to-day running expense decisions

Work with the Head of School to prepare the budget

Prepare the school’s financial statements.

Maintain Fixed Assets register

Other tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller and the Head of School

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience

in either Accounting, Economics, Business Administration.

ICAN qualification is an added advantage

Previous experience in similar position in a School is an added advantage.

Candidates must live within/around the location (Agbara).
