Job Description

  • Collect and analyse information of interest, including government and breaking news,and broadcast it to the public.

  • Gather information, writecoverage, conduct interviews, report on-air and edit broadcasts.

  • Fact checking

  • Conduct interviews for broadcast

  • Identify and explore marketing ideas and
    opportunities

  • Writing marketing proposals and close sales

    Qualification

  • BSc in Mass Communication, Journalism or relevant field Relevant training (e.g. production courses) will be an advantage 3 years' experience in a similar position

  • Strong writing skills,and ability to convey
    information ina clear, concise and conversational manner

  • Excellent live reporting

  • skills and strong on-camera presentation skills

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

  • Ability to interact professionally and build relationships and sources

  • Ability to shoot and edit digital video
    Physical strength and stamina to handle and operate a camera and associated equipment
    Strong research skills, including the ability to navigate online search engines

  • A valid driver's license
