Job Description

  • Direct and oversee the hotel marketing function to identify and develop new customers for the hotel products and services.

    Participate in the development of new project proposals.

  • Establish and implement short-and long-rage goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

  • Direct and manage all group, and catering/banquet sales Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales and promotional plan, monthly report, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.

  • Develop rates, group ceilings and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management. Conduct/attend daily business review meetings, weekly strategic sales meetings, management meetings and other meetings as required/ requested.

  • Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPI’s, budgets and revenues.

  • Liaise with the General Manager and adopting price strategies across the hotel. Build-on and develop relationships with our current clients.

  • Analyze current markets and identify new markets and potential clients.

    Job Requirements

  • BA Degree
    or above in Marketing Management, Hospitality Marketing, or related fields

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience with 2 years at a managerial position.

  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English

  • Can meet individual and team goals.

  • Must possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer orientation and maintain attention to details.
