Tony Global Store / Inventory Officer Jobs in Nigeria; We are seeking an experienced Store/Inventory Officer to join our e-commerce team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock

Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy

Identify and investigate stock discrepancies/discrepancies

Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and overstocking

Warehouse Operations:

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and regulations

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff (if applicable)

Stock Control and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records

Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies

Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Order Fulfillment and Shipping:

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of orders

Communication and Collaboration:

Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., customer service, purchasing) to resolve inventory-related issues

Collaborate with external parties (e.g., suppliers, logistics providers) to ensure smooth inventory operations

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related

field

Skills:

Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
