We are currently seeking highly motivated individual for the following position:
What we do: We deal in Office Automation, Supply, Service, Repair & Maintenance of Office Equipment, Leasing Office Equipment, PABX Systems Networking, I.T Consultancy, Power Backup systems & Air conditioning systems

We are currently seeking highly motivated individual for the following position:
Job title: Secretary (Bids and Quotation)
Job reference number: TMT-074-Apr-24

Responsibilities

• Create invoices, credit notes, delivery notes for customers with the agreed-upon amount for goods or services purchased.

• Responsible for managing the Shop at Nkrumah.

• Bid planning using agreed tools, document creation, population, compilation and control, and submission in line with client timescales.

• Responsible for the purchase of bids.

• Responsible for creating and overseeing a bid a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal on behalf of TMT to gain a business contract or offer of work from another.

• Responsible for Quotations.

• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Secretarial studies, Business administration or a related discipline is required.

• Specific Training or Courses in bidding processes are valuable for understanding the intricacies of bids and quotations.

• Experience: Practical experience in a similar role or in related areas will be an added advantage

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for preparing bids and quotations effectively.

• Attention to Detail: Given the importance of accuracy in bids and quotations, attention to detail is a critical skill for this role.
