Job summary

The SIO is directs the execution & performance of the company's QMS activities. This includes establishing the QMS & leading company to ISO and certification and provides clear guidance for this area & the company overall by ensuring clear policies, procedures, instructions, forms, & objectives are provided.

It also responsible to implement system improvement works like KAIZEN, HACCP and other systems useful to the company.

Key Duties and responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

Establishing and producing quality plans under management representative "MR “supervision.

Controlling inspection release and materials rejection.

Control of all quality department related records

Implement Company Quality Manual, project specific Quality Plan and Inspection and Test
Plans Under management representative "MR "supervision

Assist with conducting quality audits, identifying, documenting,

and providing solutions for
Non Conformances (NCR's) Corrective Actions (CAR's) & Preventive Actions (PAR's)

Ensure all requirements specified in the Company Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans are being met and are accepted and signed off by the Client's Quality representative.

Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/
business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity,

Implement and provide support of KAIZEN, KAIZEN production system and 5S methodology in all areas of production and machine centers.

They are responsible for the development and implementation of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, or equivalent food safety plan.

Job Requirements

Required Qualification

Education

BSc / MSc/ in Industrial/chemical Engineering or field of study

Experience

4 years for BSc , 2 years for MSc.

Relevant work experience in manufacturing Industry is preferable
