Job Description

Purpose of the Job

The Data Encoder is responsible for entering data on a computer software and share to all concerned on periodic basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Enter production data per green house and variety on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Enter reject data and green house and pack house level per variety

Prepare timesheet per the daily attendance data

Enter data on daily fertilizer usage and daily chemical spray by type of chemicals and green houses.

Enter export data (direct and auction) by variety, stem length and boxes

Enter data on length performance per variety.

Collect and enter data from tension meter regarding moisture level and evaporation.

Enter data on shipment information

Receive and enter data on cold truck temperature during movement.

Enter propagation data by variety and level of reject

Enter data on plastic maintenance and replanting related data

Maintain hard copies of data received by was appropriate filing system

Share processed data with concerned staffs at the farm and head office level

Job Requirements

B.Sc. or diploma in computer science, IT or related fields

Two years of related experience is preferable

Very good knowledge of MS Excel or Access
