Job DescriptionTIMEX TRADING PLC., a well-known Construction Equipment and Diesel power generators importer and distributor, would like to recruit qualified and competent professionals for the following vacant position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, organizes and manages Equipment sales & marketing activities.
Implements appropriate sales procedures, provides guidance & support to the sales staff to improve efficiency & quality
Prepares annual budget, reviews it periodically to ensure performance is in line with budget.
Exceeds or achieves sales and marketing targets, prepares regular reports.
Carries out market, competition and price analysis and submits reports on a regular basis.
Manages and controls the sales team.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of Ten years work experience, out of which Four years in sales of construction equipment.
Proven supervisory experience of a modern sales organization.
Skills
Good communication and salesmanship skills.
Good driving skill with driving license.
Should be capable of understanding all technical literature, and should have basic P.C. skills
