    Specific Duties Responsibilities

    Job Tasks

  • Secretarial and Admin assistant to the CEO office

    Specific Duties Responsibilities:

  • Types report, letter, memos etc. and provides any secretarial services

  • Ensures all office materials are in place including refreshment.

  • Keeps the CEO office equipped, safe and secured in all times

  • Welcome guests and coordinate appointment program.

  • Facilitate and organize meeting program.

  • Ensures the neatness of the CEO office, the receptions and the meeting rooms and surrounding regularly.

  • Receives and send different mails for and on behalf of the CEO.

  • Makes and receive telephone calls.

  • Passes personal and organizational mails/messages to the CEO concerned department.

  • Makes an appointment to the CEO and reminds ahead of the schedule.

  • Files all document, letter, memos, minutes, reports, etc. And opens new file as required.

  • Follows and ensures timely payment of company bills which includes but not limited to mobile and landline, annual advertising payments), annual land use and lease payments, monthly electricity payment

  • Makes monthly compilation of staff attendance and reports to the CFO

    Job Requirements

    Qualification

  • Minimum of diploma from recognized institute in Business Administration/Secretarial Science/office management/information technology.

    Experience

  • Minimum of Five years’ Experience related with the position.

    Skills Required

  • Good communication in both Amharic and English Skills.

  • Computer Skills.

  • Good interpersonal relationship capacity.
