Job DescriptionTimex Trading P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment diesel generators importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Executive Secretary Vacant position.
Specific Duties Responsibilities
Follow Vichel timely renewal insurance, bolo, maintenance service
Facilitate and organize to earn Transport service of Dep.t managers & Employees
Follow driver overtime and will organized to send finance Dep.t
Strictly follow up fuel consumption properly organized reported.
Monthly follow up consumption of water, electric, telephone and other payments
Schedule.
Files all document. And opens new file as required.
Controlling & Administrating all employee.
Job Requirements
Educational qualification
Minimum of BA degree/diploma from recognized institute in Business Management, Business administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics & other related business filed.
Work Experience
Minimum of six years’ for diploma & three years’ for degree Experience related with the position.
Skills Required
Good communication.
Computer Skills.
Good interpersonal relationship capacity.
