Description

  • Reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in procurement and supply of open market vehicle parts.

  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.

  • Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data through use of the ERP system.

  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.

  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.

  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

  • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.

  • Work with team members and parts manager to complete duties as needed.

    Education

    Diploma

    Cpsp Certification

  • A Diploma in Business, Purchasing and Supplies Management or related field.

  • CPSP certification will be an added advantage.

    More Details on Experience

  • Two (2) years’ relevant experience.

    More Details on Skills

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, planning, organization, problem solving and communication skills.
