Theology Scholarships

I was a Theology student at Kenya Methodist University but stopped due to lack of funds. I later also applied for a course in an Australian college (Whitley) and was accepted but could not go on due to funds and the college does not give Scholarships to International Students. What help or advice can advance Africa provide to me?
