Required Job Description

  • Generate revenue from Sales and leasing of property listings.
  • Prospect/generate and follow-up on quality leads for the purpose of Sales/Lease
  • Search open listings to find properties and maintain/update current property listings for client.
  • Schedule and conduct inspections/viewings with clients of the firm (current and prospective).
  • Promote and advertise Property listings.
  • Draft/Prepare and review of Sale/purchase Offers and other documents which may be required to facilitate a Sale/Lease.
  • Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices
  • Business Networking - Attendance of events, seminars, symposiums and Meetings.
  • Customer relationship Management: Prompt response to enquiries (Quotes, Property details and other information) as may be requested by our clients.

    Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and any related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as a sales person.
  • A working knowledge of marketing.
  • Excellent management, negotiation, and planning skills.
