Job DescriptionOur client is looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Specialist who will oversee all copy and content across the company's landing pages, ad creative, social, direct emails, investor comms, events and some product onboarding flows.
The company will provide deep insights into customers’ hot buttons - their desires, needs, priorities, and fears and will ask you to build narratives that, over time, win peoples’ trust and help them discover and use the company's service.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a communications strategy to meet business objectives.
Research and write releases, web copy, blogs, and newsletters, and work with members of the design team to create infographics and other design assets.
Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and assist in planning events.
Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm and execute content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
Support and evaluate the results of communications campaigns with the team.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
Monitor project status and budget, scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
Other tasks as set out by the line manager.
Job Requirements / Qualities
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, communications and content creation.
Excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in writing and editing content with keen attention to detail.
