Job Description
  • Our client is looking to hire a Director of Strategy and Expansion to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the organization's growth and expansion plans.
  • This role will be instrumental in shaping the organization's long-term direction, identifying new opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve the organization's growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead the development of proposals, business plans, and other documentation required for expansion projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote the organization's brand and reputation.
  • Develop and manage budgets for expansion projects, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff working on expansion projects, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of expansion initiatives, making adjustments
    as necessary to ensure that objectives are met.

    Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
  • A Master's Degree.
  • 3 - 5 years work experience.
