The Kenya High School invites applications for the following vacant posts to be recruited by the School’s Board of Management; All positions require individual with excellent P. R., high level of confidentiality, honesty, integrity, meets deadlines, ready to work under minimal supervision.

  • School Secretary

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be;
  • In charge of front office operations and P.A. to Chief Principal.
  • Be In charge of all parents & school correspondences through letters, Newsletters, corporate SMS system, Emails, Website, telephone calls
  • Make all online and manual returns for the school, staff and students among other duties

    Requirements & Qualifications
  • Excellent ICT skills
  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business
  • Administration
  • Secretarial Skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Must be between 30-45 years of age.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a busy office preferably a large institution
  • Those trained in NYS will have a definite advantage.
