Job Description

The Policy and Strategy Expert have the following responsibilities:

Identify the gap of job creation policy and strategies of the country through research

Conduct regular assessment and study job creation policy of the country

Conduct regular survey on labour demand of the country in collaboration with other relevant sectors

Ensure that training and experiences are in time with the labour demand of the country

Search for employment opportunities in both private and government sources

Prepares training manuals, research documents, implement research out comes recommended collect, organize and disseminate data and identify capacity gaps

Identify training needs of priority sectors through regular survey

Prepare work plan and report regularly

Preform any other activities’ assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

MA/BA in Economics, Business administration, Business Management, Policy Analysis, Social Work or Related fields,

GPA for Male 3.00 and Female 2:8 and above

A minimum of 8/6 years of work experience in related field
