Job Description

The Director of Finance, Procurement, Property and General Services team ensures the smooth running of operations of the commission internally and externally.

The Director have the following responsibilities:

Manage the commission’s budgets

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Prepare a procurement work plan and regularly assess implementation

Prepare the internal operation team’s and this role’s work plan and regularly assess the implementation

Perform financial management on daily transactions, monthly and annual financial reports and audits

Manage the coordination of all elements of procurement to ensure effective and efficient provision of resources

Undertake quality control on deliverables of the team by placing tools and systems of monitoring

Provide the overall intellectual leadership, guidance, coaching and supervision for the team

Overview the team resources and build, develop and scale the team accordingly

Provide insightful and impact-oriented advice regarding operation to the Commissioner

Report to the internal operations the commissioner on undertakings, regularly or/and upon request

Undertake all other relevant activities assigned by the internal

operation Director and/or the Commissioner

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

MA/BA in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Financial Management, or Related fields, GPA for Male 3.00 and Female 2:8 and above

A minimum of 9/7 years of work experience in related field

Job Grade: XI
