THE HUB HOTEL has the following vacant posts in its hotel located in Bole Sub-city, Woreda 3, House Number 2443 along the road from Bole Medhanialem Church to MOENCO/Hayat Hospital.

Summary of the job:

Manages and oversees the Human Resource and General Service functions of the hotel. This includes planning/budgeting, organizing, staffing, directing and evaluating the Human Resource and the general service functions of the hotel.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement:

Bachelor of Arts in Management, HRM, or Administration.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in a hotel/lodge setting.
