The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is driven by the vision of a world without malnutrition. GAIN is a Swiss-based international organization established with the purpose of advancing nutrition outcomes by improving the consumption of nutritious and safe food for all people, especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition
Objective of the Consultancy
GAIN is seeking a consultant to support a cost-benefit analysis for fortification.

The consultant will seek out the data needed to populate an excel-based analytical tool, working in collaboration with a lead-analyst and GAIN staff.

Job Requirements

Required consultant Profile
Education and experience

Master’s degree in Health Economics

A minimum of 5 years of experience in economic research and analysis

Previous experience with Cost benefit analysis desirable

Skills and Abilities

Skills in writing reports and reviews, delivering presentations

Excellent written, verbal, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

Fluency in written and spoken

English

The applicants are required to submit the financial and technical proposals separately with full package of renewed licenses, resumes and references of consultants that will engage in this task, all in English Language.


The financial proposal should be detailed enough and should include any relevant administrative and logistic costs related to the work including transport, per diem and accommodation for consults during travels outside of Addis Ababa.
