Job Mission

Your mission is to support, develop and maintain BI assets to improve insight delivery and decision-making. BI is the brain behind our business, and we need you to help power this brain and transform data into insights and empower our teams to turn insights into actions that drive growth.

Reporting to BI Operations Lead

Direct Reports BI intern

Key Responsibilities

Provide analysis and insights to business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Work with the BI Operations Lead to develop, grow and maintain BI assets (Git repositories, Python codebase, Databases/Schema, Servers, etc.).

Ensure effective knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining adequate documentation and providing training to all business intelligence stakeholders to enable efficient and compelling use of relevant data sources and reports

Provide data extraction and reporting support to stakeholders as required

Own the CRM through customization, maintenance, business requests, and optimization for data gathering and reporting, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have access to relevant and meaningful insights

Manage a team of analysts to support data collection and data automation initiatives in collaboration with the BI Operations Lead

Proactively identify trends that can help other business Stakeholders make business decisions to modernize and improve processes.

Perform ad hoc CRM navigation training and perform surveys to track the areas with training gaps.

Provide monthly, quarterly & weekly reports on business performance

Technical:

Maintain/provide technical support in terms of code for the development of dashboards, KPIs, reports, and other analytical artifacts that expose key business insights into customers, products, marketing, and operations.

Work closely with the BI Operations Lead to ensure data model and code definitions are aligned across TATC and with business definitions.

Play a key role in data cleansing and mining,

as well as highlighting anomalies.

Management:

Guiding and training the BI intern into the business analyst role through technical training, how to communicate with stakeholders, and meet BI deliverables.

Your Profile:

You are passionate about data and the impact it drives in the real world

You have proven experience with data analytics and insight generation.

You are familiar with data extraction, cleansing, and transformation processes.

You have experience with sales CRMs and other productivity tools for operational teams (e.g. Zoho Recruit)

You are comfortable with mid-level SQL code.

You have experience deriving important data metrics and KPIs to measure business health, performance, etc.

You have worked with BI visualization tools e.g. PowerBi, Tableau, or Zoho analytics

You have a proven track record in driving data automation and defining processes.

You can comfortably communicate data insights to stakeholders

You have 4+ years of experience in data analytics

Added Advantage:

You have experience in Machine learning & Predictive analytics

You have experience in report writing/ data analysis/statistical interpretation

You have experience with PL/SQL and stored procedures

You have experience with Deluge/Java
