Tetu Aberdare Water and Sanitation Technical Manager Vacancies in Kenya
Responsible for Water Production,
Water quality,
Water Distribution,
Planning and Maintenance of infrastructure and other Technical Services.
The Technical Manage- will ensure that the entire infrastructure is well maintained and operated for quaky water and sanitation services.
Key responsibilities
Planning.
Directing.
Coordinating controlling and managing the Company's technical operations and ensuring good maintenance of infrastructure.
Ensure water is treated to meet acceptable standards.
Ensure the Non-Revenue water is reduced to acceptable levels.
Develop departmental strategies, targets, policies and work plans.
Be responsible for training, development and motivation of staff Ensure that the needs of customers are effectively met Development of infrastructure plans for extensions and expansion.
Qualifications
Minimum of Diploma in Water engineering Technology from a recognized institution. Registration with the Kenya Engineer's Registration Board 4 an added advantage Minimum 6 years experience in a medium or large commercial environment preferably in the water sector.
Ability to operation plans including developing quality performance target.
Demonstrated ability to consistency meet strict deadlines is mandatory
Tetu Aberdare Water and Sanitation Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities
The Human Pesetas and Administration Officer will be responsible for the management of Human Resources and Administration functions of the company
Responsible for the effective management of the Human Resources function of the company Aligns the company's human resources requirement to the company's immediate short term and long term goats for the achievement of the company's goal and overall objectives
Plays a key role in recruitment placement training and development of staff.
Guide and coordinate periodic self appraisals, D®1 on a day to day basis with diverse human related issues.
Manage staff grievances
in accordance with the company polices and Kenyan labor laws
Provide data information and advice to management on at issues relating to Human Resource Ability to wore under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
Coordinates the company's disciplinary matters Responsible for staff veining and development. Prepares the Canon resources budget component for the company Liaises with relevance government and ocher related institutions on staff meters. Manages the administrative function of the company.
Minimum qualifications
A first degree in social sciences or business Administration Human Resource option or a Degree in Human Resource
Advanced or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management
Minimum of (5) year's hands on experience in Administration
Computer literate in human resource based systems
Well versed was the Kenya labor laws
