TETRA TECH International Services Regional Manager Jobs in Uganda

Job Details

The project works to increase household access to sanitation and water services and improve health through hygiene behavior change campaigns in homes, schools and health facilities in 21 districts in Uganda.

The ability to work in a multicultural, multiethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity and gender are essential requirements.

Women, persons with disabilities and applicants with previous USAID experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, governance or other WASH related field

• Experience overseeing multi-year programs to increase household access to sanitation and water services, and improve health through hygiene behavior change campaigns in homes, schools, and health facilities

• 7-10 years' experience in an equivalent management and leadership position Experience managing teams and budgets, coordinating concurrent activities, effective engagement with local government and NGOs or community-based organizations Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Fluency in a language from the Acholi sub-region is a plus
