Telkom Product Manager Jobs in Kenya

Job Summary

This role will take end-to-end ownership of the products life cycle for growth of the Micro-business portfolio. The role holder will provide sales support as a subject matter expert, develop customer-centric propositions for the segment and work closely with technical teams to execute them to deliver on commercial goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the SOHO (micro-businesses) product strategy and roadmap.

Delivery of forecasted revenue targets and growth in usage of existing SOHO (Micro-businesses) propositions across all broadband technologies.

Develop and implement innovations that enable SOHO (micro-businesses) derive more satisfaction from the Telkom Suite of solutions across broadband and cloud technologies.

Identify, develop and commercialize new revenue streams for the SOHO (Micro-business) line.

Identify and manage relationships with key commercial partners involved in the delivery of products to SOHOs (Micro-businesses) in Kenya.

Work closely with the marketing communications team to position Telkom SOHO (Micro-business) products in the market place.
